Labor Day Fun!

PILLOW FIGHT!!!

We had such a fun long weekend! Thursday night, Bryan, Gavin and I drove to Brainard and stayed at "The Lodge" waterpark and hotel. We had 1 hour to swim when we got there, so we quick took advantage of that - they had a couple of big slides and a lazy river and then a fun park like structure for G. He had so much fun swimming and splashing and riding on the tubes! When we were finished, and drying off he just looked at me and with a big sigh goes "That was FUN!" We swam again on Friday morning after playing in the arcade. Then we headed off to Detroit Lakes to visit Krista and Shane. The weekend was filled with lots of Wii playing - even G joined in on some boxing and some Mario Cart! We had so much fun!!! We also got some swimming in at there pool and just lots of time with our family. The last picure above was taken Sunday when Gavin was teaching Krista how to "dance" - he insisted she do what he was doing... and being the good auntie that she is, she obliged.... too funny!

Gavin LOVES to play his guitars - especially while we are playing guitar hero! We might have a little rock star on our hands.... watch out David Cook!

Happy Birthday buddy!

What a fun weekend we had celebrating Gavin's SECOND birthday! I can't belive our baby is two years old!!!! The whole weekend was perfect, and we are so thankful that all of our family could be there with us. Gavin is so blessed to have so many people who love him so much (not to mention spoil him rotten!) He loves all of his gifts - he plays with EVERYTHING he got! the weekend was even complete with a guitar hero tournament, which Krista won - we'll have to have a rematch!!!! :o) Thanks you again to everyone! by the way... ever since we sang Gavin happy birthday - he has been wanting to do that every night after supper. He asks to light a candle and then sings "Happy to you, Happy to you" then blows the candle out - it really is too cute!

We had soooooo much fun celebrating Gavin's birthday this last weekend. Thank you to all of our family that came and made his day so special! I can't believe that two years has gone by since he came into our lives! It has been so much fun - he is such a blessing! I'll have to post pics later, but we got some cute ones!!!!!

Well my widget counter got off some how... G's birthday is actually on Saturday! We are so excited for his party! Can't wait to see everyone!

YAY for magic eraser!!!!

this is a totally random thought, but I just had to share my exciting news....

I had given up all hope that I was going to be able to get all of the crayon off of G's high chair - he loves to color there, but doesn't always have the best aim ( and/or also thinks it funny to color the tray.) today I decided I would try the magic eraser.... it came off NO PROBLEM!!!! So there you go - yet another problem solved in the Wulf household! Wow - what I get excited about sure has changed over the last two years!

By the way.... I finally got the invites for Gavin's party in the mail... so they are on there way!
